A CrossFit class is a group workout for an hour where up to 15 people complete the same set of movements and workouts together. Every day the mix of movements and workouts are different and we encourage everyone to record their progress so over time they can see the vast improvements in their fitness, strength and conditioning. 




Join our Strong class for one hour as we mix up Strongman, CrossFit, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting style movements. Our focus could be anything from the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk to sandbag and yoke carries. This class is perfect for individuals who want to supplement their training with some added strength work.



Burn is the newest class to be added to the Lifting Room schedule. It is a 45 minute class of fun and simple movements designed to keep us moving. If you're looking for a quick, all over workout focussed on improving your aerobic fitness or you simply want to meet new people who also want to be keep moving, then this class is perfect for you!

Little Lifters

Let the kids have fun and develop a lifelong love of fitness through our Little Lifters class designed for those aged 4 to 10 years. Together we will run, jump, crawl, hop, skip and much much more, all in a safe, controlled and most importantly, fun environment!

Teen Lifters

Monday & Wednesday

This class is designed for your teens to have fun with their fitness whilst learning new skills in an exciting environment. Our Teen Lifters class is designed for those from the ages of 11 to 15 years and is great way for them to gain skill and coordination through a carefully structured program.
